Pulse Recording Series Continues at Walnut House

The Walnut Sessions recording series continues Friday, March 21, with The Go Show, Ethan Swim and Ray and the Examples. This unique recording project, held at the Walnut House each Friday night through May 2, brings together some of the best bands in Murfreesboro.

The Walnut House staff records each set performed before a live audience in the studio’s beautiful performance room. The Pulse will select the top tracks for release on a compilation CD to be released this summer. Additionally, artists will have to opportunity to release their entire set?which can be a mixture of previously released, new or cover material?recorded at the Walnut Street facility.

“We’re really excited about playing,” said Ethan Swim’s Bobby Holland. “We’re going to debut two or three new songs.”

Other artists performing in the series include The Incredible Heat Machine, Hammertorch, Stuck Lucky, Rollo Greb, Jake Leg Stompers, T.H.B. and more.
