The Avenue Murfreesboro will host the inaugural Borovino wine tasting event on Saturday, May 19 from 3–7 p.m. The festival will offer a wide variety of wine samples for attendees to enjoy as well as live by the San Rafael Band. Tickets are $40 in advance and $50 on the day of the event, if still available. Borovino is for attendees 21 years and older.

Borovino has partnered with Power of Pink, a nonprofit breast cancer awareness and early detection organization. Since founded in 2006, Power of Pink has provided an emotional support system for any individual affected by or in relation to breast cancer. In support of this cause, Borovino will be donating 15 percent of its net ticket sales to the Power of Pink.

The event will host a large range of wine selections, from local to international varietals, provided by Stones River Total Beverages. Food from local Murfreesboro restaurants and non-alcoholic beverages will be onsite available for purchase.

Wine tastings like Borovino are a great opportunity to try new wines, listen to live music, and enjoy the outdoors while having a great time with friends.
