Annual Borovino Wine Fest Set for Saturday, Jan. 25

Borovino, benefitting the Junior League of Murfreesboro, will be held, Saturday, Jan. 25 from 5–9 p.m. at the Embassy Suites Murfreesboro.

Though the Embassy Suites Hotel Packages have officially sold out, tickets are still available at borovino.com. General Admission tickets are $29, and include all beverages, entertainment and food samples.

The Junior League is the new non-profit partner for the 2014 event. Volunteers from the Junior League of Murfreesboro will be on site during the event to help pour wine and keep the event running smoothly.

Kirkenburt’s Smokehouse will be sampling some of their finest smoked foods. Vino’s Pretzels will have their delicious crackers to cleanse your pallet along with some cheese and fruit. The Epicurean Olive Oil company will also be sampling their finest olive oils.

The Jazz trio, Carousel Music, will kick off the musical entertainment for the first half of the event, then DJ John Mayer will take the stage playing today’s most popular hits.

“Ladies, this night is a great night out for you!” says event director, Kimsey Kerr. “I think it is a perfect place for men to take their ladies out on the town for a unique date.”
