iLoveKickboxing Will Keep You Motivated with High-Energy Workout Routines and Instructors

Energy is everything when it comes to working out. It motivates, pushes and takes everyone in the room to the next level! That said, it is important to surround yourself with trainers and other trainees who can help motivate and push the fundamental aspect of energy.

From there we continued on stretching, a long period of bag work (segmented into smaller brief combinations), partner drills, conditioning and then, finally, the cool-down.
