Lily is an American Staffordshire terrier/red nose pit mix, about 3 years old. She is gold with white markings and has beautiful golden eyes. She weighs about 40+ lbs. She has been spayed and has had her rabies vaccination.

Lily is sweet, loving, calm and playful. She is great with cats, but she must be the only dog in the home. She is also good with kids. She must have a home with a fenced back yard (a tall fence, as she can and will jump it), and she also loves daily walks and would benefit from basic training. She’s potty trained.

Lily would do well in a home with someone who knows and loves pits and who is committed to training her. She would make someone a loyal and fun companion. She loves to play. Lily was taken in by a family who found her on their street; she was starving and needed help. She is now healthy and happy and loves to play fetch and swim. Her personality is both playful and calm/gentle. She’ll play tug and fetch and loves walks.
