Oh, great. We now have our first Christian fundamentalist terrorist. At least that’s what the mainstream media will say. And it’s not without some merit.
Norwegian Anders Behring Breivik is the man accused of killing 92 and wounding another 97 in two separate attacks in Norway. He ranted on the Internet about “multiculturalists” and “enablers of Islamization.”
I doubt if Breivik will be the last of his kind. I’m afraid this is where we’re headed. You see, Europe is a decade or more ahead of us in this clash between Islam and the Western world. Middle East historian Bernard Lewis predicts that Europe will be Islamic by century’s end.
Muslims are already dictating curriculum in Belgium schools. In England, Sharia courts are now an official part of their judicial system. Europeans are being hauled into court on charges of racism for daring to speak ill of Islam. Ironically, the left-wing European media refer to them as Nazis when it is actually the Muslims who deny the Holocaust.
The rapid growth of Muslims in Europe has been nothing less than breathtaking. In 1961 there were 6,800 Muslims in Germany. Now there are 3.6 million. There are 1.6 million in Britain and 5.5 million in France. The French numbers have doubled since 1980. All in all there are over 23 million Muslims now residing in Europe. If you included Bosnia, Albania and Turkey the number would exceed 90 million.
Understand, these numbers are not meant to give justification to a nut job like Breivik. Killing innocent people to make his point makes him exactly the same as the radical jihadists he so fears. The numbers are given merely to help us understand what triggers such an insane act.
We are not yet used to using “Christian” and “terrorist” in the same breath but I fear we might have to get used to it. The battle lines are being drawn in Europe and will soon be heading our way. Indeed, our seemingly nonchalant attitude toward allowing unlimited numbers of Muslims into our country without regard to their intentions is only setting us up for a European-style problem.
In 2009, President Obama signed an executive order which appropriated over $20 million in migration assistance which allowed hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to be relocated here in the U.S. at taxpayer expense.
In addition to the president’s executive order, he ramped up a little known program in order to greatly increase the number of Muslim immigrants to our country. In 2010, alone, we imported 12,300 Egyptians, 12,475 Ethiopians and 12,900 Nigerians, all under the so-called Diversity Visa program. It’s a program designed to increase immigration from countries with historically low rates of immigration to the United States. The reason these countries have historically low rates is because many are terrorist-sponsoring states. We kept the rates low on purpose. Now the Obama administration has opened up the floodgate. So understand what just happened in Norway. It is an extremist reaction to an extremist problem. More are sure to follow. Sadly, some feel it is their only weapon. They’re wrong, of course. Ironically, their violent actions will only hasten the politically correct clampdown on free speech and criticism of radical Islam in Europe. For years to come naïve, left-wing media types will crow about the Christian terrorists and make them out to be as big a threat, or bigger, than Islamist terrorists.
Why?
Because they hate the Christian-dominated culture into which they’ve been born. In a warped way, they see Islamofacists as a sort of dark hero. But beware. Europe today, America tomorrow.
