Uberphonics is a “household” name in Murfreesboro, or at least they play the crap out of this town. With two LPs under their belts, the second of which was produced by Grammy-nominee Johnny Neel (The Allman Brothers, Gov’t Mule), Uberphonics are not so much an experimental band as they are an experience band. With an ear for improvisation and a mish-mash of influences from ’60s psychedelia to freeform jazz, there are no two identical Uberphonics shows. Catch the experience tonight at Liquid Smoke.
