Cranberry Raspberry Salad

1 3-ounce package raspberry gelatin
1 3-ounce package lemon gelatin
1 ½ cups boiling water
1 10-ounce package frozen raspberries
1 16-ounce can jellied cranberry sauce
1 7-ounce bottle lemon-lime carbonated beverage

Assemble ingredients and utensils. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in frozen berries, breaking up large pieces. Break up cranberry sauce with fork. Stir into mixture. Chill until partially set. Carefully pour in soda, stirring gently. Pour into 6-cup ring. Chill 5 to 6 hours overnight. Unmold onto crisp greens. May be garnished with a poached sliced apple.

Yields: 8 to 10 servings
