Screen Art, a Murfreesboro garment decorator and promotional product company has announced its 2014 partnerships with six of its current local nonprofit organization accounts to provide over $5,000 worth of products and services plus volunteer service hours.
Screen Art management said the business is excited to partner with the following organizations: Boy Scouts of America, Boys & Girls Clubs of Rutherford County, Main Street: Murfreesboro (Jazz Fest event), A Soldiers Child Foundation, Rutherford Relay for Life and LaVergne Police Athletic League, and the Murfreesboro Craft Artist Studio Tour. Screen Art will assist these organizations with product and services as well as volunteer time and resources in order to help each organization succeed in their endeavors.
“So many of our local organizations have a strong impact on our community so it is imperative that they succeed in what they do and hopefully we can assist in a small and yet meaningful way to help each one meet their goals,” says Mike Bickford, owner of the business.
Awards are given each year based on certain criteria, such as having a county presence and impact, a volunteer core and being a nonprofit with low overhead/payroll cost.
Screen Art is blessed with 34 years of doing business and relies on our local businesses and organizations, so this is its way of repaying our community for our success.
