The Murfreesboro Symphony Orchestra will bring a taste of New York City to town later this month, when they present a Broadway-themed performance. The show, entitled “The Lights of Broadway,” will find the seasoned orchestra tackling various selections from Broadway musicals. The night’s selections will be conducted by Elias Salazar, the Director of Trevecca Symphony Orchestra. There will also be a special performance by the Murfreesboro Symphony Chorus, directed by Charlene Parkinson.
The event will be held at First United Methodist Church, located at 265 W Thompson Lane, on Thursday, April 19. Tickets are available to purchase at murfreesborosymphony.com.
