The Arts Center of Cannon County will feature the work of J. Oliver Langston throughout January and February 2019 in its Cannon Hall Gallery.

The fun and colorful exhibit, called “Exuberant Distraction,” features a range of subjects, styles and techniques. The artist used a variety of mediums including acrylic, metallics, tissue paper, paint chips and more in creating the 62 paintings exhibited.

Approximately half of the paintings in the exhibit come from Langston’s “Visions of Gulf Shores, Mississippi” series, capturing the vibrancy of the Gulf Coast.
