Although Traditions of Smyrna had restrictions in place on Mother’s Day that kept the facility closed to visitors, the week following the holiday the senior living community held a Mother’s Day parade for residents.
The facility invited families and friends to decorate their vehicles with pink for moms, and residents made festive signs to greet those in the parade.
Part of Vitality Living, Traditions of Smyrna continues the use of its beautiful outdoor spaces, abundant technology options and some good old-fashioned creativity to keep its residents engaged and connected during COVID-19.
