Smyrna Depot Farmers Market Recipe of the Month
Easy Crack Corn Salad

Servings: 6
Prep time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
4 cups sweet corn, cooked and chilled
12 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
1 packet of ranch dip mix
1 cup shredded cheese
½ cup ranch salad dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup green onions, chopped
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl until well combined.
Cover your salad and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
(note: I like using a Cheddar Jack cheese, but you can use your favorite.)
