"Great Lengths of Comfort" by Travis Maynard
Moxie! Art Supply and Studio School will host an exhibit of work by a pair of local artists from 6-9 p.m. Friday, May 13.
“Delirium: The Art of Travis Maynard and Alicia Schenk” marks the duo’s first solo exhibition.

Maynard, the owner of Lime Tiger Studio, presents a very busy, splattered, collage style in many of his works, while girlfriend Schenk offers a nice contrast, as most of her pieces are portraits of attractive females, often featuring elaborate make-up, hair or costumes, and detailed shading; her work even includes a series of her friends masquerading as fairy tale characters.
Moxie! Art Supply and Studio School is located at 316 N. Maple St., Murfreesboro.
