The Murfreesboro/Rutherford County Center for the Arts Gallery currently displays “Observations,” which includes artistic tributes to Hendrix, kitchen appliances, The Beatles and Abraham Lincoln.

The art, produced by 10 local artists, is of many styles, sizes and persuasions, and much is for sale. The exhibit will show through March 1. Visit the Center for the Arts at 110 W. College St. or boroarts.org. Admission to the exhibit is free.
