Elite regional competitive gaming roster Team Iron Wulf has officially secured its position to compete at the prestigious Shinto Champs National LAN Championship. The highly anticipated gaming tournament will take place Sept. 4 through 6 at the state-of-the-art Game Arena venue in Columbus, Ohio.

Team Iron Wulf’s current four-player roster—consisting of standout competitors Porch, Legend, Super and Alpha—earned their placement in the Call of Duty event after months of navigating grueling online and regional qualifying brackets.

They now advance to the live, in-person finals as one of 48 premier organizations in the nation selected to battle for a piece of the $7,500 prize pool. The event serves as the high-stakes, Best-of-7 grand finale of the competitive season and will be broadcast live to a nationwide audience.

Two of the team’s four members—Alpha (Thomas Bell) and Legend (Joseph Figueredo)—are from and still reside in Murfreesboro.

As an independent program, Team Iron Wulf manages all operations, practice bootcamps, and logistical coordination internally.

“Securing a slot at a national tournament of this caliber is a testament to the sheer hours and strategy this roster puts into the server every single day,” said Alpha of Team Iron Wulf. “We are walking into Columbus focused entirely on executing our game plan, repping our community, and bringing that national trophy back home.”

The competitive esports organization Team Iron Wulf currently focuses on Call of Duty, but says it plans on expanding to other game platforms in the future.
