Inaugural Smurfreesboro Bike Tour Rolls Through Town Oct. 22

As a precursor event to the annual Boro Fondo Festival—a three-day bike festival that combines aspects of the local culture and music scene—Smurfreesboro is a one-day bicycle, music and art excursion set for Saturday, Oct. 22, that will surely tide attendees over until the big event next spring. The event is free and will feature more than 10 bands at three locations throughout the day. Many donation-based activities and proceeds go toward the 2017 Boro Fondo Festival.
