The Rutherford Business Builders presented its first Pup Parade on June 3, held at Hop Springs and benefiting Beesley Animal Foundation and other local charities.
Over 40 dogs, all decked out in their costumes and accompanied by their humans, gathered on the expansive Hop Springs property to celebrate dogs, small business, food, fun, community and the arrival of summer weather.
The dogs sported all manner of costumes, from tropical shirts and grass skirts to a Batman-costumed canine and even a wiener dog dressed as a hamburger.
Prize winners included:
Best Dressed – Monroe
Best Costume – McRoy
Best of Show – Captain
Honorable Mention – Sasha
