July 15 Dedication Ceremony for Adams Indoor Tennis Complex

The City of Murfreesboro and Middle Tennessee State University officials will gather for an official ribbon-cutting ceremony, dedicating the new Adams Indoor Tennis Complex at Old Fort Park.

Officials will unveil the new $5.8 million complex to the Murfreesboro community at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at Old Fort Park, 925 Golf Lane, Murfreesboro.

The 70,000-square foot complex sports eight indoor tennis courts, two electronic scoreboards, pro shop, and lounge area with a mezzanine for spectator viewing. The Adams Indoor Tennis Complex, a joint partnership between the City, MTSU and the Christy-Houston Foundation, becomes the official home of the Blue Raider tennis program.

The new Adams Tennis Complex will be open to the public beginning July 15. Hours of operation will be Mon.–Thurs. 7 a.m–10 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; and Sunday 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
