For the fifth year, the Santa Express will stop by Murfreesboro neighborhoods to visit with local boys and girls and bring some holiday cheer.

Dec. 17-20 the Santa Express will roll into local subdivisions and make sure Santa has all the addresses right for Christmas Eve night. At each stop, Santa’s elves will disembark and greet the children and collect Christmas lists.

The program also aims to collect donations for the Rutherford County Pet Adoption and Welfare Services Shelter (P.A.W.S.) shelter. Suggested donations for the four-legged friends include dog treats, pet toys, dog and cat food, blankets, dog and cat bowls and cleaning supplies.
