I’m no deceiver, I’ll make you a believer,
I’m here to tell y’all ’bout the Beaver Fever!
Beaver Nugs and beaver hugs,
It’s the #1 pit stop for the beaver-loving thugs.
In 1982 Arch “Beaver” Aplin III opened a chain store,
Now an empire that history can’t ignore, with a mascot people adore!

Part convenience store on steroids, part fluorescent-lit theme park,
Like a Disney World for rednecks with a beaver as its hallmark.
Billboards from the highway say, “Come to me,”
You can “Potty Like a Rockstar,” it’s the place to be!
Just off the busy 24 Interstate,
The people of Murfreesboro can hardly wait!
To Exit 84 the travelers will go,
At Joe B. Jackson, watch the traffic grow.

Sure they added infrastructure, but it won’t be enough
For all those people buying the Buc-ee’s stuff.
Shiny new signs are now in place,
With giant red letters and a buck-toothed face.
Pull into the station and park with care,
Hope that beaver mascot will be in there!
Quality is high like a fever, sandwiches and coffee creamer,
Pit stop time—come on kids, get a pic with the beaver!
The smells, the stuff and staff are awesome, the gas prices are cheaper,
Gas station of dreams forming a team, making me feel like Caesar!
Beef brisket, breakfast biscuit,
Put the cream in the coffee and then I’ll whisk it.
Spittin’ beaver rhymes through my beaver buckteeth,
13 flavors of jerky all made with beefth.
The Mountain Dew is so cold and green,
And even my Mama thinks that the toilets are clean!

Get a glimpse of that tortilla-making station,
While the ICEE station fills your cup with elation.
Customized magnets for each location,
Grab the Murfreesboro one while you’re on vacation.

“Brisket on the board!” it hits the perfect chord,
A mighty fine job to the “Biggest Little Store.”
Nuts, candy and snacks galore,
Pajamas, plushies and home decor.
The cashiers are sweet, the fudge is sweeter,
No other pit-stop could ever beat’er.

Charge your Tesla, buy a grill,
But don’t pull in with 18-wheels.
No seating here, don’t you know?
So spend all your money, take your sandwich and go!
No car wash available, but don’t you despair,
One hundred and twenty gas pumps will be there!
Large crowds make you want to fight or flight?
Swing by late—it’s open all night!
The hoopla may die down at nighttime,
or maybe the circus will last a lifetime!

So mark your calendars, rain or shine,
November 16 at 6 a.m. is the day and time.
Go to bed early and set your alarm,
The beaver is bringing his Texas-sized charm.
Rutherford County, get ready, consider yourselves lucky,
Been waiting all year, but now it is here—let’s go to Buc-ee’s!
