A Hallelujah Chorus on the Murfreesboro Square, Experience Community Presents June 17 Worship Night

It’s a testifying takeover.

“Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in Heaven,” reads the Bible in Matthew 18:19 (NIV).

There’s magic in the gathering. And many believers will gather because of the Experience Community, a multi-campus group of non-denominational Christ followers founded by Pastor Corey Trimble, in partnership with the church’s worship band Experience Music, who will surround the Murfreesboro square with “A Thousand Hallelujahs (And a Thousand More)” during its Friday, June 17, worship night. That’s a lot of uplifting.

In fact, Murfreesboro generally plays host to three hallelujah-filled events of this kind each year, and they are always free—any proceeds received from every event go to benefit a different non-profit. This time funds are for Feed America First, and Experience will be selling T-shirts and other unique merch specific to the evening in hopes of helping assist.

Experience Music is a group comprised of over 100 musicians who use their artistic talents to make Jesus known in their community. Their mission is to model authentic worship, whether they’re leading weekly worship services at one of The Experience Community Church’s campuses in Middle Tennessee, hosting a community-wide worship night, or recording original songs and covers.

“I cannot wait to worship with the entire city of Murfreesboro,” Experience Community Church Worship Pastor Kyle Elkins says. Elkins also says that as the blessed get-togethers continue to grow, this “could very well be the last summer Worship Night we have in downtown Murfreesboro. You don’t want to miss it.”

Come join in the totally righteous, but by no means holier-than-thou celebration.

A Thousand Hallelujahs is Friday, June 17, at 7:30 p.m. on the Murfreesboro Public Square and admission is free. Worship Nights tend to be a two-to-three hour experience.
